At Banjaaran Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
