We typically process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking number and a link to our courier partner's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes within the country.
Are your products handcrafted?
Yes, many of our products at Banjaaran Studio are handcrafted by local artisans. Because of this, slight variations in color or pattern may occur, making each piece uniquely yours.
